Project Management

Our management structure encourages an open channel between the members of our experienced team. Projects are passed quickly to our exhibit designer/engineers who play an important role in steering exhibit development with technical and creative input. Through managing their own projects and tasks, we have a quick-response, transparent system that keeps quality high and costs low. Risk and function assessments are on-going, as is communication with our clients.

As well as having procedures for in-house design and production, we also manage specialist contractors, with whom we have long established relationships.
